Heading up our team of 12 kitchen staff is our head chef, Rong, who has experience in London restaurants and aboard Ocean liners with Star Cruises. Aswell as serving up beautiful food, The Surin Bay Inn also demands high levels of hygiene and cleanliness and are working towards all food safety standards and legislation.
