Here at the Surin Bay Inn, we do everything we can to help our guests to enjoy our stay. Travelling from Phuket Airport to Surin can be expensive and unreliable. That’s why we offer our unique airport pickup service. If you book a room at the Surin Bay Inn for 3 nights or more, we will send our concierge to pick you up at the airport free of charge. No more wasting money on an overpriced journey to your hotel – when your plane lands at Phuket Airport, our concierge will be waiting for you. He is an excellent safe driver, and he will ensure that you, your family and your luggage arrive safely at your dream Surin Beach resort – the Surin Bay Inn. Don’t worry if your plane is delayed – we will wait for as long as it takes for your flight to arrive.
If you decide to stay at the Surin Bay Inn for 6 nights or more, our concierge will also take you back to the airport when your dream holiday in Surin is over. Again, this is completely free of charge, and we can arrange your departure time in advance to ensure that you get to the airport on time whatever the weather. It puts an end to the problem of finding a taxi or Tuk Tuk to take you back to the airport, often at the rate of $20 plus which you could spend on a family meal at the airport, or souvenirs to take back home to your friends and family.
The Surin Bay Inn is a family-run hotel that has been owned and operated by Terry and Mai for over ten years. As well as free airport transfers, an excellent free breakfast is available to all our guests at the Surin Bay Inn Restaurant every morning. It’s all part of the service that we offer.
